1. Participants must register a CoinPoker account using the official GRINDZ affiliate link.
2. Registration on CoinPoker using the GRINDZ affiliate link must be completed no later than January 10, 2026, 23:59 UTC to be eligible for the leaderboard.

3. The promotion runs from December 6, 2025 to January 31, 2026, 23:59 UTC.
4. Leaderboard rankings are based on the gross rake generated (USDT) on the participant’s linked CoinPoker account.

5. For every 1 USDT of rake, the participant receives 5 leaderboard points.
6. Only users who meet all qualification requirements are included in the leaderboard standings.
7. The prize pool and number of paid places are determined by the total number of qualified participants (Tier prize pool system).

8. Rewards will be distributed in USDT to each participant’s internal GRINDZ Wallet account.
9. Rewards will be distributed within 15 business days after the promotion ends

10. GRINDZ may withhold or deny rewards if participant data is incomplete, inconsistent, or raises security concerns.

11. The following actions are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, rake manipulation, automated activity, or any other fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive behavior.

12. GRINDZ reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant engaged in dishonest, harmful, fraudulent, or rule-violating activity, including violations of CoinPoker’s terms

13. GRINDZ is not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or missing data originating from CoinPoker that may affect leaderboard standings.

14. GRINDZ may modify the rules of the promotion if required for operational, technical, or security purposes.

15. GRINDZ reserves the right to the final interpretation of these promotion rules and may deny participation at its sole discretion.
