3. The freeroll event will take place on February 8, 2026 at 21:00 UTC.

4. The prize pool is determined by the total number of qualified participants (tier-based prize pool system).

5. Only users who meet all qualification requirements are eligible to participate in the freeroll.

6. GRINDZ may withhold or deny rewards if participant data is incomplete, inconsistent, or raises security or fraud concerns.

7. The following actions are strictly prohibited: creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, registering duplicate CoinPoker accounts, automated activity, manipulation, or any other fraudulent or abusive behavior.

8. GRINDZ reserves the right to immediately disqualify any participant involved in dishonest, fraudulent, harmful, or rule-violating activity, including violations of CoinPoker’s terms.

9. GRINDZ is not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or missing data originating from CoinPoker that may affect qualification status.
